I am very blessed to be a part of the Vertical Raise Team. Working at Vertical allows me to pursue the things that I am most passionate about: Helping others, Athletics, Youth Development, and Building the Community. I love being able to use my background as a former Student-Athlete and utilize my education of Sport and Business Management-to help Coaches and Directors build, maintain, and grow their programs and dreams. My favorite part of this job is the building of lasting relationships with players, coaches, and directors. It has been a lot of fun working with so many High School and College Programs over the years. The community in this area is very special. Connecting athletes, performers, and students with their many supporters has been an amazing honor. When I am not on a campus, I enjoy time with my wife Anna and 4 children: Sawyer, Kiplan, Otis and Peyton. Family is my true passion. I hope to take the often-cumbersome task of fundraising off my client’s plates so they can spend more time with their programs, loved ones and passions. Paul Croghan has helped youth programs raise over $12,000,000 over the past 8 years.
I grew up a Montana football coach’s son and have been involved in high school, college, and club sports nearly my entire life. I’ve always known that fundraising was an integral part of the process, ever-increasing travel and equipment costs combined with funding shortfalls have made fundraising exponentially more important these days. This need, combined with the legendary generosity of local people and their families supporting local causes, has made our fundraising campaigns in Montana tremendously successful.
